    Crooked Whisker suits the owner. She's Always in a bad mood and beyond rude. If you're not actually buying fish go to Borealis pet store, much friendlier.

    Decent store with good selection of items for most pets, but prefer the friendly customer services at Borealis Kennels' Kam lake store.

    I've only ever had good experience with the customer service here. They have a great selection of products. The only thing I don't like are the hours. Since I live downtown, it can be a bit of a rush to get here before they close at 6 p.m.
